Náplň práce

  • We are seeking a Service Desk Agent with proficiency in Italian, Danish, along with English, to join dynamic team at DHL.
  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to end-users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • The role includes handling tickets and calls while supporting Business Units to ensure smooth operations and meeting key KPIs
  • Handle technical tickets and calls efficiently.
  • Provide 1st level IT support and resolve issues for end-users.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to ensure timely delivery of services.
    Regular shifts:
    08:00 – 17:00
    09:00 – 18:00

Požadujeme

  • Fluency in one of the following languages: Italian, Danish, along with English
  • Basic knowledge of IT technologies, including:
    • Windows computers
    • Office applications
    • Azure Active Directory (AD)
    • 1st level IT support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
