Personal IT agent

I dealt with Integra when I joined the entity to change the authorized entity due to inaccurate information. It was supposed to be programming, and in the end it was just support. I was concerned about the need to change as quickly as possible. I also had to look on my own. In the end, I chose Integra for their quick and open meetings and communication. By working with Integra, I gained a sense of security of interesting work and, if necessary, speed and possibilities to change it.

After returning from abroad, I started looking for a job in the Czech Republic. I was approached by Integra Czech Republic that they had a job offer for me. We first discussed the offer over the phone, then at a personal meeting. The offer was interesting, so we arranged an interview where I was successful. I have been working as a contractor for a multinational IT company for 2 years. At the beginning I was worried about how I would manage the processing of accounting documents, keeping the logbook, processing invoices, etc. Integra helped me with everything, specifically Mrs. Adámková, whom I would like to thank very much. As a contractor I have learned to be more independent and self-educated - not only in work matters. I am glad that I chose Integra.

At work I dealt with low pay and increasing unpleasantness from management. I needed to find a job as quickly as possible. I also contacted employers directly who were not currently listed with Integra. I was worried about working under an I.T.O. and working through a "middleman". Integra found me an interesting offer, which I gladly accepted (even though the first offer did not work out due to a mistake of the target employer, Integra immediately provided me with a background and everyone promptly tried to get me out of the situation with the least possible distress). I gained experience in working on an IČO, thanks to that I gained relative freedom for planning my personal time off and the knowledge that it is more convenient to let the employer find me and just arrive at the right place at the right time.

The year 2019 marked my first big project for me, at the same time connecting my work as a programmer with school and under these conditions I agreed to cooperate with Integra. From a work perspective, I stressed the most about my position as a Junior in projects that constantly put me outside my comfort zone, but this also resulted in my improvement, for which I am very happy in the end. I chose Integra mainly because of my situation with the school, I didn't want to lose the awesome facilities and team at Integra while still wanting to study. My colleagues at Integra really care about making our collaboration work, and I think it does. It's my mothership and I wouldn't change yet. I've gotten an insane amount from Integra as a Junior Programmer. Access to amazing projects, a healthy motivation to push myself further, and to constantly learn new and new knowledge. So I owe Jirka and the whole Integra team a warm thank you and I'm working hard to make the most of it.
